As a result of our continued growth, NTR is currently seeking a Usability/Interaction Expert to work in our Headquarter, in Barcelona, Spain. Our ideal candidate will have solid experience in usability to achieve our purpose of optimize users experience through user research.

This will be a new position for our company, and will work closely with product management, designers and developers.

Primary Responsibilities

-Analyze user behaviour via qualitative research with end users.
-Define interface structure and wireframing based on results of user research and usability best practices
-Brainstorm with designer(s) and product manager(s) on possible interface designs
-Quick end user usability testing with mockups during design process
-Perform post-development usability testing to determine whether finished products have met business and usability objectives and advise on improvements.



Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero Superior
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Requisitos mínimos: Main requirements

- Min 3 years experience in Usability/Interaction design.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in usability testing and analysis


Requisitos deseados: Additional useful requirements
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Web/interaction design experience
